The girl manning this is so lost. For 5 minutes she was just staring at the ingredients list before telling the people in line that the 4 different drinks they asked for weren’t available. They also never have any of the pastries. Please give this branch more attention they just opened this isn’t an isolated incident from this branch.

Ordered thru the app. When I went down to pick up, the lady said their system is down and they did not receive my order. Even when I showed that my order is from the avida 9th branch, the lady did not help me and just kept talking with her manager on the phone. She even held up her palm up my face, which is rude. The lady clearly does not know what she's doing. She could have told me to wait until their system is up, but nothing. She told me I can cancel thru the app but there's no option.
