The lady at the cashier (4/22 @ 3pm) taking my order is rude slamming the desk and cup down when I mentioned I have no smaller bills. I also indicated "no sugar" and opted for Splenda instead. But she either intentionally did it (to kill me in hopes that I'm diabetic) or forgotten. And due to this, my iced tea is now disgustingly sweet. This is bad service and I get my coffee here every morning, and my iced tea every afternoon. If you hate serving customers, quit customer service. I myself had been in CS in IT in Singapore before and catered to global customers. I treat customers the w…
Workers here have no customer service training. Such a far cry from the accommodating nature of other Pick up coffee branches. I
