I've tried 4 of their non-coffee drinks over the past few months and all of them tasted so bad! The other day, I decided to give it one more try and ordered their salted matcha. It was awful. I always sub soymilk because I can't take dairy - I don't know if that's the reason why it tastes bad for me all the time? But I guess I've learned my lesson haha — stop wasting money on Pick Up Coffee. They've also gotten my order wrong twice already in the past. When I ordered a plain croissant they gave a chocolate one and vice versa.

Horrible service. If you’ll be ordering on site in this kiosk, it will take you ages before you get your coffee. You’ll be competing with Grab and Foodpanda batch orders.

Store hours say they open at 8am—but you’re lucky if they’re open by 8:15am. Ordered a matcha latte at 9am and they didn’t have the ingredients. Sometimes there is only ONE barista making all the drinks, so it takes FOREVER to get your order. Not a place to get coffee when you’re in a hurry. The barista definitely takes their time.

The cashier and so called manager who knows how to compute PWD discount give me free coffee due to Overcharged to PWD esp. Deaf. They said, they dont have POS machine (computer) yet they accept the PWD discount. Always have receipt if you want to be careful as PWD. We have customer rights over their impatience and lack of communication in a long line queue. So not PWD-friendly with good coffee/ Mind over matter.

Late employees - all the time - I arrive before eight, they open 8:15 hahah! Today it's 8:10 and no one is inside yet. I hope the management sees this, one day I'll stop coming in and go back to starbucks.
