The coffee tastes really good for the price point, and its prepared really quickly compared to other options. My typical PICKUP order is iced latte and its consistently satsfying. The staff are not very friendly. More often than not I would be interacting with a cashier/barista that has a judgemental affect about my order, either that or no greeting, hi-hello, please-and-thank-you in their vocabulary Since its entire thing is being a grab-and-go situation, there isn't seating or loitering areas to speak of. Hmmm I find the coffee is alright for me… its suitable for college students for those who likes sweet :) I have a little concerns about the staff. I dont want to be rude but cant help noticed that she’s been so sungit.

Bought nutellatte but in the receipt was ube latte, so we immediately told the barista that we ordered nutellate and they answered back "sabi niyo ube latte" with a rude tone. Please, train your staff a proper customer service. Thank you.

Cashier named Vanessa was extremely RUDE!!! As always I ordered Ice white mocha around 6:30 am, vanessa speak to me like im bothering her the other customer behind me been murmuring na ang sungit niya and I paid 500 pesos and I understand if there’s still no change and telling me to come back, I came back around 9 am and still no change available, so I came back at 1:45 pm Lunch and I patiently wait in line, when its my turn she still talking so rude and rolling her eyes at nagdadabog because she ask if I have 35 pesos but I do not have coins with me and all the customer in line can see that!…

The staff takes so long to get your order (even if you get their attention) because it looks like they're always preoccupied with something else. They also got my order wrong one and refused to have it changed.
