My favorite place, staff and food didn't even change it was still very delicious. Today I am proud to say I finally met the owner who is very friendly and down to earth. Thank you Tony for keeping the food the same during my college years and present.
The Lechon is absolutely crispy and meat is fresh. There is even a reminder that Lechon will remain fresh only for the next 2 hours and must be consumed before that. Lechon's may be a hit-or-miss unless you get to have a pre taste), as we received bland meat and stale skin. And once you have had the best-tasting lechon before, you can't help but compare. But it's a nice experience to have this famous lechonan in Laloma. Great service. The owner is very nice and accommodating.
