My parents got overcharged on the bill... twice...similar to what others said. They are foreigners but still understand what they ordered and how much it costs. I had good experiences here before so not sure if there's new management or what but get it sorted, please. It's not a good look

The staff are rude! They said that when we ordered a drink, we need to pay first so that's what we did. But the second time we purchased a drink, they told us that we haven't paid the iced tea yet. We even clarify and explained to them that we already paid it before we drunk it. We hate the staff here for not being attentive. Poor memorization. Even want to argue with a customer.

This place overcharged me tonight - I knew to be suspicious when half the bill was printed, with some handwritten lines in the middle. This type of place - with drunk foreigners, is just the type of place to do something like this, so I was on guard from the beginning. Sorry guys, drinking or not I can do the math.
