Pizza Hut has consistently brought joy to my taste buds with their delightful cheese and seafood pizzas. The cheesy goodness and rich flavor never fail to make me smile. Despite occasional slow service – likely due to the constant crowd at this branch – the experience is generally worth the wait. Some seating areas might have signal issues, but that doesn't overshadow the pizza experience. Their mushroom soup is a tasty addition to the menu, though it's a bit disheartening that the crab salad is frequently out of stock.

First of all i would like to commend Mr. Vhic of Pizza hut mega mall, all smile until his end of shift. What makes a good restaurant aside from food is a great staff 5/5. For the food pizza hut have really stepped up it's game the taste is now superb compated to pass just issue was there's no fried dish when we ate here but over all the food was great.

I would give full stars to the staff. They deserve to have the full service charge. For the food, only the pizza is the one I would come back for. Sadly, my sons favorite lasagna is no longer there, and the Pasta Viti doesn't come close to lasagna. I got a bland shrimp arrabbiata pasta, they say it was spicy, but there were no kick to it, and the half slices of shrimp not cooked enough. Food was served in 10 minutes. That was fast for having 2 large pizzas and pasta in our order. It seems it was all just been heated and cooked ready.

It's the kind of place where everyone looks so busy but nothing is getting done. Had to wait more than 30 minutes for my personal pan pizza. Some of the staff also sound disrespectful if you ask for a follow up on your order and one of them outright ignored me when I tried to ask him. He doesn't belong in the dining room at all. There were many tables waiting with no food and the table next to mine was waiting for more than 40 minutes. Hence the restaurant was full of already irate customers like myself. I like the pizza from this brand but steer clear of this branch!

They forgot our order and the wait staff tried to ignore us when we were asking for follow ups. It wasn't even a stacked resto. I'm very patient about stuff like this and they managed to get under my skin. And when the manager finally got to speak with us. It confirmed that they really did not remember or made our order since they did not provide everything and they were not sure what we ordered in the first place. We ended up just paying for whatever they managed to serve us and just didn't bother asking for what else is missing. The place probably needs a management change.
