I'm guessing this Pizza Hut branch has turned over a new leaf... for the better. 🫡 I was deliberately avoiding this branch due to the bad reviews. However, I had no choice but to eat lunch there today, Jan. 21, 24, due to the SM Cyber Pizza Hut branch closing (that has been replaced by Muragame Udon). To my pleasant surprise, the manager and the waiters were all attentive, quick to respond to customer needs, and very amiable. Past reviews also pointed out that the staff and kitchen were very slow with their service. This wasn't the case with my experience. In fact, my food arrived just aft…

We just dine in here to eat pizza and chicken at the same...and im glad that there is seat available for the 3 of us. The food is good the staff is friendly and they serve our orders fast...

Excellent western pizza, but gosh, 500 PHP for one small cheese pizza and two drinks, it is hard to understand. They add 56 PHP service fee at the bill, even also for children of 6 years!!!

Short staffed, our orders arrived one by one at the table. We got the feeling we were ignored, they cudnt hear us even after we politely requested to turn down some volume of the music. Dirt here and there at the dining area, on and under the table, greasy floor and seats. Not coming back
