The food taste good, specially their fried chicken. But what I complained about at their SM Batangas branch was that their waitress wasn't attentive enough that she missed a few of our orders.

We dined in here on a Sunday around 2 pm. I regret to say that I must agree with other previous comments regarding the subpar service we experienced. Despite the fact that maybe only four out of twenty tables were occupied during our visit, the service was unacceptably slow. Even our drinks (slushies) took forever to arrive, and we had to repeatedly request water. It was disappointing to observe some of the staff standing idle, not paying attention, and seemingly lacking a sense of urgency.

They punched the wrong order and took so long to serve the food. We were the first one to arrive, yet the last one to get our food. The staff and manager did not even cared to apologize for the disappointing and very poor client service.
