My family and I visited Pizza hut Lipa SM. We asked one of the Staff (Gonzales his surname) to have a table for 10 and he immediately fix it for us. It is well appreciate it. Our server, Jed if Im not mistaken is a Trainee but he really did a great job! Very accommodating, and very polite. He really understand what hospitality is. Even it was a quite busy operation, he managed to give us a quality service. Thanks for that. And to the woman packed our left over, a big thank you to you. Im sorry if I forgot your name. 😊😊😊
Very friendly staff. Respectful and considerate staff. The kids love the place. But why they don't have serving spoons? :-( We asked but they only have fork and spoon.
Food is great, service is great because they automatically refilled my bottomless iced tea. The CONS is the hygiene and cleanliness of it. May LANGGAW. I lost my appetite after when i saw numerous of them.
Love pizza but needs to improve service
The food was amazing service was not really as I asked for tissue twice and stuff was chatting sitting with his colleagues. Most of the things I’ve asked from the menu was not available!
