Convenient place
Satisfied
Very good at wasting people's time - accept order from Grab, then cancel after 1.5 hours later because "Driver could mot contact me", while I was looking at the Grab for the last 20 mins after the expected delivery time added up another 30 mins. Never order for delivery from this place.
Very limited customer service. Staff I spoke with was not even willing to accommodate questions and concerns. I felt I was not welcomed since their shop is still closed at 8:15am and he was attending to a customer who had an early reservation for her order. He is not even apologetic and didn't offer where I can wait while they are working on prior reservations. I was asked to leave the premises. Very bad customer service.
This store can't get any order right. Second time ordering via Grab Food in both occasions they dispatched the wrong pizza.
