Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The service was prompt, with our server “Esko”being attentive without being intrusive. They provided excellent recommendations and were knowledgeable about the menu, which made our dining experience feel personalized. I’d like to mention the commendable service delivered by Ms. Mavic and Mr. Nikki of Pool Bar from our Last over night stay (July 12,2024) they were very courteous and accommodating making our experience a memorable one. I am grateful for the Shangrila Management for training their staff very well. May I also mention the impeccable assistance delivered by the Pool Bar staff, Mr. Richmond and Leo, our family are well taken care of. They are all smiling despite the humidity of the weather that day.

The food and service is so bad, do not waste your money on this place. Their pizza becomes soggy as soon as it reaches your table. The "cheesecake" milktea is just tea+milk with literally cream cheese wiped inside of the glass, the pearls are like sweet wet croutons. The chefs might be COVID positive because they can't taste anything.
