I recently tried the Fluffy Milk Tea at your store and it was great – a nice surprise with the caramelized burn coco sugar on top. However, I have a couple of issues to raise: Staff Behavior: Some of your staff were playing Mobile Legends and seemed annoyed when taking orders. This isn't professional. Missing Ingredient: I love your Fluffy Milk Tea, but on my last visit, I wasn't told that coco sugar was out of stock. I only found out after paying and checking my drink. It would've been better to know beforehand. Evaluate your staff!

Mostly handles deliveries. It’s a bit hectic to buy directly at the store. Hokkaido milktea with 30% sugar was great. Fluffy milktea menus are already sweet so I don’t recommend adding more sugar. I visited three times this week and I was pretty much satisfied overall but the employee who took my order today was being rude by mimicking my pronunciation backhandedly. I don’t know if I deserved it by simply speaking English to that employee instead of Cebuano? Is there a different way to say it? Sorry for being a foreigner and enjoying your drinks? Our go-to milktea delivery shop. They have a lot of flavorful options. Love how they are not too sweet and can still taste the tea with their milktea selections. They also have yakult and fruit tea options. Tip: Check out from Grab, they are always on promo 😉 that's why we love them more.

FOR GRAB ORDERS PLEASE READ THIS FOR AWARENESS. NEVER AGAIN EVER EVER WILL I ORDER HERE. I ordered Fluffy Milk (creme brulee+ black sugar syrup+ fresh milk + boba) with addtional +₱40 creamcheese for a total of ₱185, and Black Sugar Milk Tea worth ₱120 + ₱58 delivery fee, overall ₱363. I received Fluffy Milk without the creme brulee, no boba, no creamcheese and Black Sugar Milk Tea with no pearls. Nagbinuang mo mga doh?? Nang tripping mo ug order?
