one of my daughters favorite restaurant... located inside sm muntinlupa... its nice to have popeyes near me... we ordered chicken rice with fries and drinks... we love popeyes chicken... burgers... fries... sm muntinlupa is a pay parking mall... although they have limited parking spaces... the parking floors is not well maintained with holes... cracks... and many more... not worth as pay parking...

The SM Muntinlupa branch of the fast food chain. As of this writing (Sept. 27, 2022) it's been open for just a day, so the place was pretty crowded with people from the area checking out something new. At the same time, the newness also means that the place is still clean and bright. I was barely able to get a seat at a back table, and only because I was alone (the table was a very small one with 2 chairs). I ordered the shrimp burger meal (with fries and juice). They got my order partly wrong; I ordered the lemonade, but they gave me pineapple juice. But I liked the juice, so I didn't bothe…

Slow service they have 4 counters and yet only one is open for senior and regular customers. They need to change the manager i don't know if they're understaffed but it's clear that their manager neglects the queueing long line. Worst customer service.

This is the worse popeyes i've ever had. * first- the cashier will never ask you if you are willing to wait so we assume that the food will be newly cook since we waited 45 mins. * I asked the cashier if what part of the chicken or spicy chicken is available she said that the only avail was (leg and wing) so i decided to get the wing. * 45mins later my daughter already hungry for waiting. We asked if what time it will be available or will be ready but the manager in charge seems don't want to talked to customer or avoiding complain. * when the food arrive the food was COLD as F!!!!
