the very first time we dined in, and it was not good at all. We just dined in at 8 PM today. The service was too low and bad, especially for the crews. They’re not welcoming! The crew named Sophia asked us what's our order, and yet she was talking to another crew member (the one wearing an apron, which I couldn’t see her name tag on; she cut us off, that’s why) while we’re in front of her, and she was not paying attention like we were talking to an air. This was our 3rd visit to the store, but first time to dine in. Still disappointed because every time we order for something it's not available. Especially the fluffy pancake, in our first 2 attempts it was not available at all, but on the 3rd one they have pancakes but cannot offer the ala carte because they did not have the syrup! 😆

Popeyes please read this! Your food is taste is poor, chicken are too salty and dry, the rice needs more water it is too hard to eat! Your spagetti taste doesn't taste like spaggetti! Please kindly adjust your food! Gravy taste like the one's sold in supermarket.

Poor Customer service.
