Been here twice and the experience is the same, ok. The food is ok, like their glazed chicken and the sundae tastes good not that sweet, and the biscuit with honey is good too, the place I love the ambiance and location, even the price is reasonable. Overall we had a good time

The chicken was quite salty nothing too exciting. If you ever had the infamous jolibee chickenjoy i would suggest that you stick to that. The chicken meat was reddish so i don't know if that would be the intended color or not. Also the biscuit that is included in the meal even with the syrup was just tasteless. The 2 piece chicken btw does not include rice so you'd spend around 85 php for the cajun rice which had a decent taste. The food was great, but the staff? Not so much. They were very unaccommodating, especially the girl at the cashier. During our visit, she was irritable and unfriendly. As a cashier, she should be trained to smile and greet customers, as they are the frontline of the restaurant and set the tone for the customer experience. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any smile or comfort from her. This lack of professionalism was particularly disappointing because it stood out even more against the backdrop of a generally positive dining experience.
