Lunch at Popeye's was pretty okay. The meals are affordable and come in large portions. We had the Spicy chicken sandwich in a large with some fries and lemonade and a Chicken burger. The chicken was a little thin and pink for my taste but it was packed with lettuce, chillis, and bacon. The fries were good and seasoned differently from fast food restaurants in the area.

This branch is quite busy during lunchtime, as expected. They forgot one of my orders, even though I asked their food dispatcher if the order was indeed complete. Their servings are not that big considering their prices. Other fast-food chains known for their chicken have better tastes and deals. Their crab soup is very good, though. Anyway, I hope their service improves and that they do not forget orders during takeout.

It can be a long day at work and the staff may be tired, but customer service attentiveness should still be upheld. A manager with team leads should keep crew morale upbeat and customer focused. When I visited, the lines were queued, and the crew had abandoned common courtesies as well as acknowledging any concerns raised. The staff was lean with just one cashier, no back up, most were in the kitchen, and no bus person focused on the dining area. Service and atmosphere is okay, nothing special. Although I've noticed that they've been skimping on the sauces they give. Maliit na nga yung lalagyan di pa puno.
