Food is good and atmosphere is good. But, i think they have less staff because I dined here twice and in those 2 times, there is only one cashier open. So if you want to eat here, don't come in really hungry because it might take up to 30 minutes to get your food.

The place is a bit hot if you are inside, so we always sit at the tables near the doors. They should replace their AC because it is no longer working properly. Or maybe clean it. The tables are taking time to clean. Sometimes, we must call their attention to send someone outside to clean because no crew is in the dining area. They should also invest in microphones and speakers because they call the customers' names to get the food from the counter. Sometimes, the orders are just sitting there because the customer can’t hear their voices, especially if the customers are seated at the farthes…

Dont take your break or lunch here. 1 hour lunch fully consumed and our order is still pending. We are now on over break and still hungry. Avoid this branch unless you have all the time in the world. Cooking your own meal is faster than ordering here.

Rude waitstaffs: I asked for assistance 3 times and no one responded; what am I a ghost?? Yet they are just bantering in the kitchen and counter. They serve Small lemonade masquerading as Medium since the glass is filled with three-quarters ice.

I didn't expect that my experience would be this worst! It seems the workers are not in the mood to work! Replacing service utensils took for long minute while our food is already on our table. There were flies everywhere! Cleaning up tables from finished customers taking up too long!! The vibes inside the store is not good for people who's hungry! It feels something I can't explain and I can't digest! Though food is good the serving is not justified by its price! Will not eat HERE EVER AGAIN!
