First time to try Popeye's, overall it was a great experience. We dined in Saturday night so there are so many customers but we were able to get a seat right away. The staff who took my order was courteous. They accept debit/credit and Gcash payments so it's a plus! Many food choices (mostly chickens of course). The price is just right for the quality and quantity of food served. I love their spicy chicken and the chicken crunch! The sauces are good, additional P19 if you wanna add and try the other dips. Ordered via Grab at around 6pm yesterday and got medium rare chicken, not once but TWICE. I don't know what happened. The manager even said that it passed, their inspection. I guess they rushed my replacement meal because it was near closing time 🤷‍♂️ Such a shame, because I love Popeyes (their chicken sandwich and chicken skin) I hope they can fix this problem. I also scanned the review section and others apparently had raw chicken served as well. Food safety should always be followed. Someone could get seriously ill. Food is ok, service is ok. But overall just a regular fastgood restaurant. Offers selection of chicken burgers,sandwiches and rice meals. Service is ok nothig special but no complaints. Ambient is ok. Lots of parking since this is inside a mall.

Maybe it's just bad luck because when this opened, the hype was really strong that it took 30 minutes to get our order. I think it has improved over the months.
