This is one of our fave eats in Festival Mall. Food is really good and the prices are reasonable. Love their spicy and regular chicken quarter burger! Their cajun fries is flavorful and the mac n cheese hot pops is addicting. Chicken rice meal, spaghetti, and biscuit with chocolate are okay too.

The rest of the food was okay, and some items were good, like their fries. However, God forbid the creation of their chicken sandwich—if you can even call it that. When we took it home, we thought it was actually burnt. So, we decided to call Popeyes and have a new one delivered to us. The next day came, and it was still the same ungodly creation—apparently, that is how it is supposed to look. So the presentation already gets a 1/5; the only thing saving it was the immaculate buns. There still a lot of customers even on a monday that just means that the food is good. First time to try the US spicy chicken burger with fries and lemonade. I liked the fries as it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The lemonade for me was too sweet and maybe needs to be a bit sour. The burger, it was a decent amount of crispy chicken and bacon, also the pickled jalapeno does not over power the burger. However on my first bite it tasted spicy and too salty but as i devoured the burger it gets better. One thing though i think the chicken was undercooked for a minute or less but …

The branch has been opened in the 3rd Floor, near Racks in Festival. The food is delicious though, but the grease of the hands of the service crew marks the plate, eww. Nevertheless, I love the chicken meal.
