Crew agreed to my request to put additional powder, however they serve your fries cold, the portion of the fries they serve is also less than other braches, sometimes my orders are freshly cooked but half cooked, fries are too soft and it just made me not to here anymore. The moist on this food kills the taste of this powder

The branch downstairs refused service because she was still stocking her supplies and sent us upstairs. The ladies upstairs were chatting so loudly, it made the atmosphere very unpleasant. I was trying to take the receipt from her hand but couldn’t because she was hanging on to it while talking with her colleague. It made the service very slow.
