Few things make me angrier than getting ‘pretzels’ from this shop. It doesn’t taste like anything except dough. Dough and an overload of greasy butter. Do they not know what a pretzel tastes like? It’s truly tasteless, not even the fillings save it.

This store is beyond disbelief. I tried ordering just to try because I have been seeing this store for quite some time and was intrigued about the taste of the product. The pretzel was bland. The staff was very grumpy. She watches more on her phone than assisting the customer. I was asking her more about witch pretzel can she recommend because I am new in buying their pretzel but she seems to hate that I am asking her more questions because she's being disturbed about her - watching her phone. If you want your day to be ruined, go buy here at pretzel store. Never again.

A new pretzel place inside the Festival Mall in Alabang. Their pretzels are freshly hand rolled and freshly made. Comes in the normal pretzel 🥨 form but they also have pretzel bites that comes in different flavours. They also have combo meals with your choice of pretzel or pretzel bites with a drink and a choice of dips. Worth the trip.
