This is the new pretzel place worth checking. Located inside the Filinvest Festival Mall. They have different kinds of pretzel with and without stuffing plus different kinds of dips that goes with it.

My favorite snacks when visiting Festival mall. Their combo deals comes with a drink! Service wise, staff are friendly and would recommend choices for dips. However, they only accept cash payment. This is located under an escalator and along a busy wing, ground floor. Not the best place for catching up with friends as the noise level can be high. But tables and chairs are available for dine in!

I love the taste of your pretzels. It's 👌great. The problem is your staff at festival supermall. Food handlers esp the kneader who should ONLY be responsible for making the dough is surprisingly went to the cash register not only to serve my order but also to do the cashiering wearing his GLOVES and that was totally awful. I stayed for awhile to see if he's going to change it but NO. He went back to his work and then grab some dough since there's a new customer. I dont think I'll come back to this,place
