The food is good but the service tho, we've waited more than 30 minutes for our first refill then a staff came asked what was our order only finding out that the refill we first asked wasn't punched. Then we waited again for that refill such waste of time wasn't even able to to enjoy the food because of this.

Too much waiting time. They should have a standard waiting time for the food to be serve. The food is good but the place is too hot. AC cannot accomodate the place. Seems like they are not organized or lack of man power. They should have more in order to entertain and main good service from the customer.you cannot enjoy the menu that their are popular of which is the unlimited chicken. Ive beern waiting for 17 minutes and now 19 minutes and longet and longer. So far not recommendable for those people who loves to eat continuously. Very poor service. Primo's Diner is the cheapest unlimited wings place I've dined in. For just 199 pesos, you can eat as many chicken wings as you want as long as you won't leave a single piece or else you gotta pay 30 pesos for your leftover rice or wing. They have a lot of flavors to choose from - smokey BBQ, salt & pepper, hickory BBQ, Primo's Buffalo, garlic parmesan, sesame honey, whiskey glaze, korean spice, teriyaki orange and sweet shiracha.
