Went here for the viral Beef Rib Pho. Serving was massive. Probably very difficult to finish for two people. Better to order some appetizers or other dishes and split among three. Beef was very soft and was easy to pull apart. Would probably come back here if I find myself in the Greenbelt area.

Well-designed interiors, good food and service. It was my first visit so I managed my expectations. My two guests and I all chose three types of bùn combos which had protein, carbs and salad greens accompanied by nuróc châm (fish sauce, lime juice and sugar dressing) served on the side. This brought out the wonderful flavors of all the ingredients on the bowl. We had room for dessert for sharing since the glass noodles did not leave a heavy feeling. I ordered a crunchy tri-color rice bowl called BBQ chicken, vegetables with fried egg. It was good but too oily. My husband ordered a Bun rice noodles salad. He was unhappy because they are stingy of the veggies. Not worth of the price.

We lost our go-to Vietnamese restaurant to the pandemic so when we saw Propaganda, we had to give it a try. The noodle salad is good! The banh mi is just ok. The bread used is closer to a French baguette rather than Banh mi bread, so there’s much more chew. The winner for me is the crispy fried rice. Charred very nicely and flavor is 👌🏽 definitely get this. Atmosphere of the place is nice. Price points are ok. Overall good experience!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet, but I like this place because of the wide variety of healthy options they have on their menu. Including some of their drinks, which are nutrient dense. We love their Vietnamese coffee, like this is really the star of the show. It's not sickeningly sweet as you would expect (because Vietnamese coffee usually uses condensed milk). Their banh mi is huge. Their pho could use a bit more green leafy veggies on the side (like maybe basil or some lettuce like some of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants serve).
