my first time going with my brother who frequents this place. I specifically ordered hot caramel macchiato because it was cold out, and my brother ordered the 85 peso sushi so the total was 170. after waiting for the drink for 10 mins or so, it turns out they thought I ordered iced. we told the server that we ordered hot - so she went back and changed/corrected it. 15 mins later, my drink still wasn't ready yet. we went to the counter and was told the coffee was having trouble boiling etc. the guy who took the order rudely said he would drink the iced caramel macchiato instead and to charge…
