My husband frequents the lunch buffet and since we went on a Tuesday, it was an eat all you can ala carte. One chooses from a set menu on how many portions to be served and one can re-order later on. The food is cooked upon order and thus comes freshly cooked which I appreciated. At least one can gauge on no leftovers. It being my first time, we ordered certain dishes then just re-ordered later on. My favorites were the killer sisig, beef rendang and the steamed fish. The place is cozy for family get togethers or work mates wanting something over fast food which is majority in the area.
The Restaurant is small so expect your selection to be limited. HOWEVER, whichever cuisine is present, expect your palate to be satisfied. Some of the dishes were prepared particularly well(baked cod wrapped in parma ham). The cold-cuts choices was impressive, first time i saw gravlax in a local buffet and enjoyed it. Worth a return visit.
Serving or portioning should be improve. Menu selection are good
The choices of food are good. They have fresh seafood where you can request the chef to cook it according to your preference. They offer local food, aside from a Mongolian corner. Nice desserts table. Friendly staff and quick service. Nice seating area.
One of the few places in the Muntinlupa, Alabang area that offers buffet.
