I love their service. 👍 Once they see you often dining in, they greet you with a smile 😊 I also like their thick patty burger. Rated 4 stars because there were times the foods served cold except for the burger. Blue plate ribs were sometimes served cold because I think they have prepared it ahead of time to avoid slow service. Understandable. It keeps me coming back here. Great job 👍👍👍

Like always, a "must-try" place with a lot of varieties to offer. I specially recommend their baby back ribs original with their awesome sauce on the side.. the onion brick (packed onion rings) is so so delicious although the orange sauce that comes with it is not enough for me. supposed to be a 5 star if its not for the crews/staffs sitting 3 tables next to us, they kinda ruined the ambiance for me since they are a bit too noisy... all in all.. the ribs was a killer!!!

Hmmmm it was alright. Its something youd have if youre a bigger group as the food is good for sharing. The only thing that saved this review is their racks sauce, it elevates everything. Idk it just tasted very generic, nothing standing out. Not dissapointed at all. The prices for their group meals are affordable and you can a little bit of everything.

Not really fascinated with every aspect of this old known restaurant. Not worth the price, you can get much better food quality and service with so many options outside. I grew up knowing and always dining in at this place but I was appalled by the fact after coming back to the Philippines and trying it once more, it was not as good as it used to be. Not only myself but even my friends who are with me shared the same experience. Sad that they lost their old glory of being Racks... It never rocks again 🤣

When me and my family went in, we noticed that the ambiance of the place looked old and dated. So we decided to buy takeout instead and we were shocked to see the portions of the meals!!!! look at how much fries they gave me these fish and chips costed 500+ pesos and the sides i ordered (mashed potatoes and rice) costed around 200 pesos and they served outrageous portions. WORST OF ALL, THEY GAVE US NO UTENSILS AND MY KIDS HAD TO EAT WITH THEIR BARE HANDS!
