Staff is very friendly and responsive to customers' needs.

Mode of payment (MOP) includes cash, debit card (not sure with credit card) and GCash (GCash or GCredit will do)

Food is 👌. If you wanna go to a casual dining without breaking the bank, then Kenny Rogers is what I recommend.

Bad service. Rude staffs and service crews.

Imagine after a long wait in queue, suddenly some weird staffs just randomly says the table is magically reserved for someone while you are just standing there and waiting.

I highly recommend other kenny rogers branches. Don’t even bother.

Cravings are satisfied here...food is deliciously served. This was my review a year ago. We ate and bought for take out food, Caesar salad but when we got home, they forgot to give the salad sauce. Excited to eat out take out salad but disappointed this time.

Food is okay cause it’s Kenny Roger’s. But the service for this restaurant, is I think by far worst compared to hell. The owners truly doesn’t want to give a service training to their crew.

It’s literally I have to stand up and call the attention of their crew. No utensils slow food delivery. ….

I ordered for a solo B garlic chicken with spinach mashed potatoes. But when I opened the packed lunch… the chicken was very dry, matigas na and it was not garlic chkn. It was a classic chkn. Sad and disappointed customer here. ☹️☹️☹️
