If you are on a diet, do not go. Even if I want to leave it behind, it’s so delicious I can’t stop. It may vary from branch to branch, but this place is clean and friendly, and you can definitely have a pleasant meal after shopping. It looks small in the photo, but the portions are by no means small. They are reasonable and plentiful.

I love the pastas of Racks! We all enjoyed our meals with satisfaction. Especially that my steak was heavenly! Something is lacking in the atmosphere there. The place looks old and sad.

Quality of food is outstanding to say the least. Everything cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly and very efficient. Will recommend Racks to anyone who want great food

Racks has always been A place of Nostalgia to me. I hope that they'll continue for many more years. It is alarming to see a decline of customers. Yet the food portions and the signature taste is 100% on point... Since 2012 that i was introduced to Racks..

When paying with my credit card, my credit card disappeared with a staff member for about 10 minutes until I got up to retrieve it. Weeks later, I have fraudulent charges on my card. This is the only place I've used that card in months. Coincidence? Also, while eating there, a mother and son walked in to ask about the son's cell phone left behind just earlier when they were there dining as customers. Suspiciously, no one working at the restaurant had any knowledge of a missing phone...
