I was extremely impressed by this place ! I have tried ribs from all over the U.S. Even award winning bbq contests The meat quality was great . Ribs were tender . I liked both sauces . They didn't have the onion ring or baked beans available . The salad & dressing are fantastic . Mac & cheese is simple but good Coleslaw is good , garlic bread also . The potatoe salad is in need of some spices . The mango flavored milkshake is good . Eventhough it wasn't that busy the staff hustled . I did read some negative reviews about this place . Racks says they have the best ribs around cebu city, and on my first visit, I tried the quarter baby back ribs with mashed potato and coleslaw. The tender beef tasted great – it wasn't too smoky, but had a nice, subtle flavor that mixed well with a bit of saltiness and earthy tones. Their original barbecue sauce is great too. The portion size was generous, so skipping rice was no problem. They've got more than just ribs; their seafood and chicken dishes are supposed to be flavorful too.

Tastes okay although i think its too much seasoning. Service was fast though and the staff were nice. Price okay as well.. The salad has too much dressing maybe I'll ask for lesser dressing if ever I'll to dine here again.

When we went there, it was my first experience. Although it was a Sunday, place wasnt that crowded so I was confident that they'll be able to serve my orders quickly. Unfortunately, my family waited for almost 50 minutes, with the knowledge that we have a 2-year-old child. Not only that, when they served the soup, it was lukewarm, same with my burger. To think their menu is kind of expensive. I won't recommend it and am glad that it was my first and will definitely my last Racks experience.
