Food was good would definitely be back. Visited Racks as a secret shopper for a third party company and the food was great. The fries and mashed potatoes serving sizes was more than enough to serve two people. Burger was a bit messy and bread was crumbly. Salad was delecious. Steak was requested medium rare but since the thickness was thin, cooking was a bit tricky. Came out as medium well. Steak was still flavorful and delicious, a bit challenging to chee though. Just Celebrated my daughter's birthday. As always, the food is great and I really love the pork rib slab. It's so tender and juicy. My kids loved it too. 😊👍

Food is as usual good! It’s Racks. But the atmosphere is a little too gloomy for me, hope they update their interiors or just modernize it a bit.

Food is okay, nothing has changed. When we came here a few people were dining in. We ordered a few foods and came in a timely manner except the burger, and instead of fries, they offered mashed potatoes which we loved. Overall it was an okay experience for us. Recommend if not full of customers. We eat here not too often. They have a decent restroom.

The steak and the fried chicken tastes so bad it even smelled like its spoiled 🤢 The staff explained that the steak naturally smells like that but nope, i know when my steak isnt good. While they defended that the smell of the chicken is because of marination, do their marinating sauce smell like rotten eggs?? They tried to replace the orders but the food still tasted the same. So disappointing knowing its Racks. Never dining here again
