The beef ribs is tender and flavorful. The sauce complements the barbecue. The chicken is also good. The serving portion is adequate and can be shared by small appetites. My husband and I went here for a post Valentine's date. We have not tried eating here yet so our first experience was quite good. Upon entering the restaurant, we were met by a nice staff and asked the number of diners will be. We were immediately seated given that the restaurant is not full. Big servings. Delicious food. Value for money. Racks is the a really good diner for families and groups. Their fall-off-the-bone barbecue ribs is to die for. The Bolognese and garlic Scampi pasta is perfectly cooked and the side dishes compliment the mains very well. Food is value for money. Love it here!

Service wise, commendable. Courteous, polite, attentive. All greeted us as we entered and the crew cleaning thanked as we left. They also offer replacement if you are not satisfied with your order. Racks used to have this tender soft beef ribs way way way back. When it branched out , the quality just plumeted and all I get is this dry, hard to chew beef. Good thing their other options like fried chicken and sides (mashed potato) still are good. The free calamnsi juice with the meal tastes real sour but its ok, not that kid friendly tho. I just wish I get to taste that same good old quality beef way back when I was young.
