The visit to the Fairmont and Raffles hotel in Manila, Philippines was absolutely fantastic. The service was five stars with every employee going out of their way to personalize their readings and make sure that every need was taken care of. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the spa was fantastic. Heidi was one of the best therapist I’ve ever had and the front desk led by Alexa and the Butler team were perfect I highly recommend staying here, the location is in the middle of all of the major mall and business district areas.

What sets Raffles apart from other hotels is its staff. From the concierge and reception to the maintenance technicians and cleaning staff. I've never experienced the chambermaid greeting me by name in the hallway like that before. All the staff are extremely friendly, attentive and at the same time unobtrusive. You can feel the genuine hospitality. I would like to emphasize Jayson from the Mireio Restaurant. He combines all the positive elements of service, shows genuine interest in the guest, reads their wishes from their eyes, and also demonstrates this attitude outside of his actual area …

We got the afternoon tea experience at the Writer’s Bar. Our server, Gail and Sherlyn, were very attentive. We really enjoyed and loved how Gail presented the tea selection and introducdc each pastry and sandwich that were part of the set. Everything was so pretty. They were also very thoughtful enough to give a cake with a “best wishes” greeting on it to our friend who was about to get married. We ate at Mireio to celebrate our engagement. Our server, Daniel, was warm and accommodating, happily indulging all our requests for photos. Service was excellent and food was superb as always.

Having breakfast every morning in the Mirèio's restaurant is a wonderful pleasure. Especially when you are served by Jayson who is always polite, professional and extremely accommodating. Always has a smile on his face and and is happy to assist you, which always starts my day in the best way. Excellent service Jayson, thank you.
