Every visit to Boracay deserves a highlight event. So apart from the iconic sunsets, the powdery white sands, and the azure waters, consider this: a dazzling drag show in a rustic island hut! Unique, memorable, entertaining. Now, that’s an event that only Rainbow Café can offer. Let me be clear, the drag show evening entertainment is not there to overcompensate. Rainbow Café easily ticks the basics with delight. Rainbow Café food was really good. The pastas are tasty, the Filipino favorites are done well, the bar chows are yummy, and the rest of the menu is a collection of enjoyable bits. I…
Recommended Restaurant near at front beach. DELICIOUS FOODS and Affordable cocktails Friendly and attentive staff They have unlimited free karaoke Monday -Tuesday and DRAG SHOW every Wednesday- Sunday Very amazing performance. Strong internet connection
This place was an absolute highlight of our trip to Boracay. It’s hidden down a little alley and wasn’t particularly busy at all when we were there. (Look for the fabulous folks on the beach to direct you in). The staff are fantastic and welcoming, the food is great, and the nightly show is also wonderful. I went after arriving from my flight for an early dinner (around 4 pm). I was tired and hungry, and had a great meal — but unfortunately was too early for the drag show. I came back the next night and they had a singer instead. He was great, fun, and created such a tranquil atmosphere. Not …
Chill bar with a great vibe, perfect for solo travelers. I loved the food ordered the rainbow nachos, buffalo wings, and pork sisig, all of which were good. The drag show runs from Wednesday to Sunday with a ₱300 entrance fee that starts at 7pm, and the queens are amazing! Their performances were superb and really entertaining. The bar is also LGBT-friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! 🌈
This business is also owned by the same owner as Nigi Nigi bar on the beachfront, a bar which I have grown very fond with thanks to its Bloody Mary with horseradish. But that is the subject for another review altogether. I went to Rainbow on account of its drag show (for which there is a ₱300 cover charge). The main waiter who looked after me was Gian (apologies if the spelling is off), and he was a treat. The show of which there were three acts were great and one performer did truly junk-crushing splits which elicited gasps from the audience. I deducted a star for the truly appalling foo…
