I love Ramboys lechon manok and liempo. Their crispy grilled liempo skin is still crispy even after being refrigerated. Their take out store across Gran Plains jaro, iloilo city has good service

We went here during dinner time and there's a few people eating and I noticed people ordering food for take out. I asked the waiter what food he can recommend and he suggested the liempo, it's good for 3-4 persons. We ordered garlic rice, hipon halabos, and liempo. Garlic rice was delicious, the hipon halabos is not halabos the way it's cooked, we received buttered garlic, or I don't know. We were expecting at least 10 pcs of shrimp lol it's really different from the menu, not worth trying. For the liempo, it was okay for me and for my girlfriend she likes it because it was crunchy.
