One of the more interesting dining options around Circuit. Ramen’s not bad considering its very affordable price and huge serving.
Ramen here is surprisingly interesting. We were just looking around for something to try, and we ended up here. First off, I love the interior. It’s quirky and reminiscent of a fast food restaurant in Japan. The ramen was good. It may not be as great as the famous ones such as Ramen Nagi, Mendokoro, etc., but this one has potential. The highlight for me was the grilled charsiu, which is part of the signature ramen. It was incredible. I’d even say it was grilled to perfection. The taste was rich! On the other hand, the broth had its creaminess, but still lacks that rich umami goodness. I as…
Tried their signature ramen, Ajitama-Uma, tasted really good and has a rich flavored broth. My only comment is that I'm not sure how they serve the Gyoza since it looks like a flat pancake to me (I forgot to take a picture). The server mentioned they do serve it that way, where the bottom came with a crispy "wrapper," so it looks the gyoza was sticking together, and you need a fork to separate them. Tasted okay, I guess. 👍🏻
Karaage with rice was served in a hot bowl. It tasted okay. Their ramen tasted clean although it lacked in flavor. Service was just okay too. For it's price, I wouldn't go back for the ramen. It was a disappointing experience overall.
If i were you stay away from this. I had their signature ramen dish and it was awful. I couldn't believe how they messed up ramen for a ramen place. Service was also very slow. I hope the owners read this review and quite frankly the worst ramen i've had in years. Trust me, instant ramen will taste even better and not cost you 400 pesos. Have a look at the pic of their gyoza. Not appetizing at all!!!!
