Service is pretty good for a newly launched branch. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. They must be well trained prior opening this branch. We've been to different branches of this samgy place and I must say that they really ensure that they have good quality food across all branches. For improvement: At the time of our visit, most of the drinkware in the service area still have dish soap residue.
It is definitely worth paying the fee to dine here. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is extremely attentive to guests' needs. They always check if any of the side dishes or meat need to be refilled. Drinks are self-service. My personal favorite dishes are the pork skirt and pork belly.
Sarap ng banchan. I especially love the steamed egg, topokki, and fish cake. Drinks are good din, it's the right sweetness. Service is ok, they just kinda held back sa lettuce. 🤣 Well lit, malamig, and hindi ganon ka usok dito. My plate had a lard residue prior to use, please double check on the dinnerware and utensils before use.
I love their service and ambiance. What i didnt like was their thick cut of pork it's so tough to chew. Opt for the thinly sliced meat. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The service is okay but the food itself tasted really funny. We didnt get to finish the first round of meat that they served to us since the bulgogi does not taste good mind you we are only served three types of meat. We asked if they can provide leniency on the left over charge since the left overs are not that much and is still raw but we still got charged 200 per head. Even the side dishes tasted kinda fishy the only thing we got to enjoy is that the place is clean and the service is okay.
