The crew’s rudeness impacted the overall service. The crews is very rude. I was standing in front, placing an order, and they completely ignored me, as if they couldn't hear anything. After we ordered, we asked for a coffee stirrer; the cashier just placed it on the counter without providing a napkin, very unhygienic. The crews in this branch is so disrespectful. Even a simple thank you is unheard of when you pay. You won't attract many customers if you don't train your crew in this branch. No wonder customers avoid your place because of the crew. I was standing in front of the crews, waiting for them to take my order. Im on the table, waiting and they kept shouting "maam" and asking. I didn't know if that was us. So I said "Maam ako po ba?"... We look dumb with that eye to eye contact.... Maybe they should've atleast took my complete order when I was on the counter and ask my name. When I finally got my order, the staff handed me the sandwich. The cashier gave me the change. That's it. They did not even say thank you or something. I was standing and asked for the receipt. Then left. Sobrang lala ng service. 🤗
