I always like Coco because they have pure/fresh teas. However, staff, especially here in Coco SM Grand Central Monumento, is rude and uncorteous.

The branch at SM Grand Central is the reason why Coco is currently my least preferred milk tea shop. The staff give judgmental looks, and their communication with customers is poor and rude.

The cashier did not gave me the receipt, he just gave me the change onwards waiting for my name to be called kasi nga hiningi nmn name ko.. number lang sinabi, others were actually called by name idunno what happened. The customer service is awful, instead of offering to resolve the issue they are looking at each other and doesn't know what to do. My order has been at the counter for so long, no one claims it or anything and the look at one of the staff is so judgy and no one actually apologizes for such inconvenience. You can be nicer next time, but i won't be buying at this branch anymore
