Award-winning tonkotsu pork-broth prepared in the traditional method, mouth-wateringly rich, fresh, and aromatic; special handcrafted noodles and classic Nagi
I’ve eaten here a couple of times, mostly during off-peak hours so it’s rarely full in my experience. Food is always great. Servers are great too.
I love the upcoming Limited King this March! La Jolla King! It’s a Mexican and traditional japanese Ramen in one! I really love the taste of their chili con carne on top with sweet bell pepper! The Pork Yakiniku on the side is very tasty too!!! I’m glad I have visited this branch, ang laki ng dining space and very inviting ang staff and location!
One of our favorite Eatigo placed 😅 Attentive staff and friendly Didn’t like their new beef ramen. Super love their Ebi though. This branch served better karaage and chashu rice compared to the Greenhills branch.
Ebi Tendon set came with 3 black tiger prawns, vegetables, miso soup, and small serving of fruit. The shrimps were large, juicy and tasty. Wish they put more sauce though but nevertheless my cravings were satisfied. I requested to swap the eggplant and okra side vegetables in my ebi tendon to just all sweet potato. They granted my request and I had a very filling lunch. Service was quick and excellent. You can order from both Tendon Akimitsu and/or Ramen Nagi here. Highly recommended!
I recently had the chance to dine at Tendon Akimitsu, and my order consisted of the Ebi Tempura (5 pcs) ala carte and an Udon Set The first bite of the Ebi Tempura immediately impressed although they said they used prawns, I think its just regular shrimp.(Medium/Large Suahe) The shrimp and veggies was plump and perfectly cooked, with a crispy batter that wasn’t greasy. The coating had just the right texture— just eat it right away as it’ll sog in a few mins. Each piece was uniform in size. The tempura sauce had a subtle sweetness that enhanced the experience without being too salty or over…
