Good ramen and gyoza pairing
The food is really really good. One of the best Ramen places in the south. The broth was so flavorful, the noodles were tge perfect texture, and it was really a bang for your buck.
Yush 🔛🔝 never disappoints!!!
Ordered the super chashu. Meat was so tender it fell apart by just mixing the broth and toppings. Wish it was available in shio base as the rich shoyu-based broth plus the giant chashu is a very rich combination, giving that "umay" factor. Also wish they had the seaweed vinegar other ramen shops have so as to cut the richness. It's a shame that I wasn't able to slurp on the remaining broth as it's too salty on its own. For that I'd still go with the Shio Ramen as my go-to since it's still rich and silky without being too salty.
