I got the Karai Tokusei and the Gyoza here. I can safely say that this is one of the best ramen spots in Cebu. While the food is here pricey compared to other ramen spots, it does make up for its quality and presentaion.
I got their shoyu and gyoza. I would say the gyoza was good but nothing too crazy. The filing of the gyoza was juicy and flavorful but it was nothing out of the ordinary. The shoyu was good but it was just ok. The broth was thick but I found it too overwhelming. The meat cut was also too small for the amount of ramen being eaten. Overall, they could improve in balancing out their ramen to meat ratio.
