I recently dined at Ramen Nagi Tagaytay and what a delightful experience it was! As soon as I walked in, the aroma of freshly made broth hugged me like a cozy blanket. I could tell right away that this place meant business when it came to their ramen! The chef working in the open kitchen was dynamic, effortlessly switching between two stations while assembling bowls of ramen. Food is great! I ordered Butao, Umami😋 We got one free Butao for the birthday celebrant. Best location, overlooking Taal lake! Well-lit and plenty of parking space.

This is the first time we ramen nagi tagaytay, noodles are perfectly bite, pork belly is not that tender, their butao no spice is a bit blant, soup is not that flavorful for normal richness. I just had ramen nagi at rob magnolia days before so i can compare nevertheless overall experience is good

I live nearby and I already ate here 3 times. I love ramen nagi, but i must say, service in this branch is really bad. Even on days when its not too crowded its still the same bad service. You have to ask twice or approach the counter if you need anything since the crew/servers don’t give a damn whether it be utensils, water or the bill. Ramen is also not hot enough when served.
