I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ramon Lee's Panciteria, and it was a truly memorable experience. The highlight for me was their chicken dish, a specialty that lived up to its reputation. I ordered the beef wanton noodles. The noodles were perfectly cooked and I think they were hand made. The broth was clear and tasty. The place has no AC, so it was very hot inside. The staff are attentive but the place needs a bit of cleaning.

The restaurant is old and does not have air-conditioning at the ground floor however, the place is clean considering that it is old and in need of a fresh coat of paint. We ordered the Fine Meal and Chopseuy Rice toppings; it was very very satisfying and we have no regrets afterwards. The service of the waiter who attended to us was friendly, quick to recommend as if he does know the menu. The whole lunch meal was better than any Chinese restaurant we've eaten so far.

Nothing is good with this place. Don't go here. Frankly don't understand how the rating can be above 2 stars. Does filipinos like tastless food and mediocre service? The food tasted nothing, there was no service, the table was full of leftovers and old glasses etc, when we sat down nobody showed us a table or gave us menus etc. Had to call a waiter three times to get a menu. We had Buihon Guisado Special which tasted like someone boiled it in chicken stock (thin chicken stock). We also had Beef Mami which tasted less than a plastic can noodle soup!
