I enjoyed my experience eating at Razon's by Glenn here at Ayala the 30th in Pasig. The beef tapa was very tender and was served with java rice. The beef paired well with the vinegar they served. Their kare-kare was very tender and the peanut sauce was just right. Nothing too overpowering nor bland. What I liked most about it was their generous serving of meat and veggies. Palabok was amazing. They were able to balance well all the different flavors found in their dish. The texture of their noodles was also nice. It's their grand opening today and due to the long queue and crowd, I wasn't able to dine in. However, I was able to snag their P20 halo-halo which they say regularly cost around P80. So chaos with orders ensue as their policy of 2 orders per transaction were not enforced (ah...Philippines.. we need more discipline in enforcing as well as following the rules in order to move forward and compete with other Asian countries). Came here after eating dinner at 8pm on a Sunday and was told that the Halo halo was out of stock. I was very surprised to hear that considering the restaurant was completely empty. Can a restaurant really get out of stock for an item that consists of shaved ice, ice cream and canned fruits or does the kitchen staff just want to go home early? If you're out of stock for your best seller on a Sunday, it'd be best to just close the restaurant for good.

The Store That Refuses to Operate: We went to Halo halo by Glenn in Ayala the 30th last night Aug 17, 2024 which was a Saturday night. By 8:45 pm their door was closed and locked. No staffs in sight. So today Sunday Aug 18, 2024 we went there by 8pm. There were 2 staffs. The girls said there are no stocks of Halo Halo or any rice meals because they do not have stocks after lunch time. And the 2 girls keep on looking at each other and to us to see our reactions. My question is: why are they still operating?
