Staff are so friendly and are waiting to serve customers. Food taste good: (Halo halo is not too sweet), (Palabok overload is good enough) (Lumpiang Shanghai on the salty-bit side), (Sisig is also good), (Pork chop with Fried rice), (Kare-Kare? We ordered another while we eat. So that means it's good). (Rice? Long grain and well cooked).

Just an okay rating for me all in all. So, as someone who has tasted most of the well known halo-halo here in Cebu, like - Melton's, Monbis, Sol's, etc. I could compare the Razon's halo-halo special, the famous halo-halo in Luzon in our own version, and honestly it didn't impress me. For me Melton's halo-halo is still the best in terms of tastiness. The only difference in Razon's halo-halo that I immediately noticed is its larger sliced of leche flan & buko meat. My mother's go-to dessert is halo-halo and we've been eyeing to try here. Their halo-halo was just so-so and nothing special. We expected something similar with the other well known halo-halo available in Cebu, but this one is really different. Still worth the try but we will not come back :)

The smallest portions I’ve ever been served at a restaurant. I had the pork binagoongan and it was over in 3 bites, not even exaggerating. The food tasted good enough but the portions are a bad joke considering you can get 5x the amount of food for the same price at the food court.
