Worst service of all. We started our order 8:00pm and was asked to wait for 20mins. I kept on following up until I lost my patience and started to request a refund, and suddenly they said that my order is now ready. They handed the food 8:50pm. That is more than the time they said. I am also with my pregnant wife and it was not a good thing that they made her wait. Also, the branch had some OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) violations wherein a red tea spilled on the floor and they didn't even manage to mop it leaving the floor slippery; which is a danger to many especially that a lot of cus…
Very dissapointing, very dry katsudon. Barely any sauce even if the sauce makes it a katsudon. Long waiting time as well.
My card has been cancelled as a payment method, so I paid in cash upon ordering and yet there are charges on the card. They did not give any receipt on the cancelled transaction.
I ordered tonkatsu and ramen the service is too slow we wait about 1hour to get ower food
30 minutes wait for just a maki burger meal with side and drinks cashier didn’t warn us it wouldn’t take this long
