I just recently exeperienced bad customer service from Razon's Sm Manila Branch. Please hear me. I'm very dissapointed of your staff. Very disrespectful. Imagine you're from work and very hungry then you waited for your order for so long, while patiently waiting the other table got their orders already while we were there first. I complained at the cashier and the manager did not bother to ask what's the problem or even say sorry.

They don't have table outside and we have a dog. We asked if the dog could at least stay outside in the waiting chair but would not even allow it saying the owner would be mad. So not pet friendly. Ended up eating at pepper lunch and they allowed us close to the entrance.

Don't order anything. VERY LITTLE AND NO INGREDIENTS BUT EGGS!!! His price is very disappointing. Amber is still delicious.
