We went on a weekday so even if we arrived around 11am, they still had a lot of croissants available! Rebel Bakehouse started serving customers online a few years back and I’ve heard nothing but great things. Even though I am from Baguio, it’s my first time trying their croissants and it was such a wonderful experience - customer service, interior, and the food. We will definitely come back!
Our visit was perfect, our orders were served fresh and hot, value for money with size of the drinks and the pastries. I just wish they can add other menu or drinks apart from the signature pastries. They accept cards and the staff are nice and very professional.
The freshly baked croissants were tasty. They’re worth the hype. The drinks we ordered were also delicious. The atmosphere was incredibly soothing when we went for breakfast. The wait staff welcomed us with smiles and were courteous. I really adore how the skylight contributes a significant amount of natural sunlight. So, I’m giving Rebel Bakehouse 5/5 as a result.
Good laminated pastries. The corned beef sandwich was also good.
